The Republic Of Gnormandy
The Republic of Gnormandy is the Gnome country of Illios, It is here that the ways of Artifice were first discovered and mastered.
The Republic is lead from the great city Nezoglen, the ruling council, known as the Gnomria, is made up of the most influential families in the country. Some of these families are from old noble blood, others are wealthy merchants, bankers, etc.
The most prominent of the non-noble families is House Cannith, it was the house of Cannith that first discovered the secrets of Artifice, they maintain the Cannith Artifice Academy, in Nezoglen, where people from all over come to learn the ways of Artifice.
Of the old noble blood, the House of Mocklaw is the most prominent.

Mostly Gnomes, but there are humans, elves, goliaths, and dwarves spread out throughout.
Technological Level
The ways of Artifice give the Gnomes a great edge in science and technology, farms are worked by construct horses, robotic farmers, some factories use automatons instead of workers, providing free labor.

Focuses largely on Industry, large underground mines provide the needed metals to the Gnomes.
