One of Ikaharin's most infamous people, Eilekaus led a short yet very eventful life. Though he was born a fisherman, by his late teens he had already become a rather renowned pirate, and by the time he turned 30 he was commanding one of the world's largest fleets.

Much like any other self respecting criminal, Eilekaus was great at lying and inventing all sorts of tall tales to further his goals. He was particularly good at identity theft, claiming to be any and everything between visiting royalty and a poor ascetic.
This allowed him to get pretty much anywhere he wanted and out of (most) trouble. After all, are you going to risk causing a war just because you suspect that pilgrim is actually a very dangerous pirate? The answer has been ''yes'' more than once, though...

Besides lying, Eilekaus was also great at violence and intimidation, despite his short height and rather unimposing appearance.
