As spring's first sun began to rise, it blessed the earth with warmth and fresh corpses for new life,

In 657, a plague swept the land and only lasted a season. The disease acted quickly and any who caught the disease were met with a terrible fate that lasted for weeks. First the face began to swell and turn red. Next, the person would cough uncontrollably. The last phase of the sickness was a rash in the shape of a flower the developed on the neck and quickly deformed and ate away at the skin until so much skin was eaten away that the person could no longer breath. No cure was found but all victims has "buds" sprouting in their necks. This diseases more prominently effected Burrowhill village and Middle town, the far North and West regions faced few to no cases of the epidemic.
