The west of Ibridia is home to the Fae and forest folk. The forests are famous for their beauty and bring thousands of people each year. It is very popular among adventures.There are four forests making up the west:
The Clinbien forest
Colbron grove
Jaded woods
Dislita forest
Each forest has belongs to each court family represented each season. There is also Wynher home to the main temple of Chloris and the head of the west. Wynher isn't a forest really but the place of interaction between the royal family and the head of West. The head family name is Langford and they have been the heads for generations.
Clinbien Forest
The forest belongs to the Frederick's of the summer court. The Forest is famous for the pine trees and the Wolf mani tribe that live there. Clinbien's forest pine trees contain mana. The older the tree the more mana it has. Clinbien forest has a huge export of pine trees as a result. Many mages want the wood because it easier to make magical item as they don't have insert mana into the wood.
The wolf mani tribe that live there are famous for their knowledge about forests and their fighting skills. Many of the tribe members fought in the Fae civil war and for the empire. As a result the empire has high respect for them and leave them to operate by themselves.
Colbron grove
The grove belongs to the Ameyalli of the spring court. The grove is popular for romantic dates and collecting herbs. Colbron grove is the perfect climate to grow most of the herbs. Many common and rare herbs are native to the area but there are regulations in place to protect the wildlife. As a result witches always are seen near Colbron grove.
Couples find Colbron grove very romantic with its forest paths, Picnic spots and cute animals. A benefit of Colbron is that no dangerous animals roam the area making extremely safe.
Jaded woods
The woods belong to the Kiefer of the winter court. This forest is different from the others as more closer to north. The woods are covered in snow most of the year. Its home to snow bears and other huge animals making it a popular spot for hunters. However like Colbron, Jaded woods also have regulations about hunting and you need a license.
Dislita Forest
This forest belongs Aster family of the autumn court. One of the main attractions of Dislita is that the trees are all different colours.This is due to the magic spell that was cast by the Aster family centuries ago. Another attraction is their night market. Its famous across the empire. Every forest folk has visited the market at least once in their lifetime.
The market is full of food, jewellery,toy and other types of stalls as well as actors putting on plays.
