Arvin "Silver Eye" Drake

Chief Captain of Highwater (a.k.a. Captain Silver Eye)

Arvin "Silver Eye" Drake is the chief captain of the Red Sails and the city of . He is a half elven man with curly red hair, scars and tattoos criss-crossing his tan arms, and one bright green eye and one "silver". The silver eye is completely blind and serves as a reminder of the day he bested the previous chief captain of Highwater in a duel. He is a tall man, who does not speak much, but when he does speak, it is said to have made the most fearsome and legendary pirates' knees buckle.

It is speculated that he has struck a deal with the Great Old One known as Cthulu, but no proof of this is known.
