Ingredents and Tools for 1 Serving
Ingredents
2 Teaspoons of shredded Quartz
350 ml of water
Tools
1 kettle
1 mug/cup
1 tea strainer
Preperations
Step 1 The water is boiled using the kettle
Step 2 The water is then added to the mug
Step 3 The shredded Quartz is added to the strainer that is placed into the mug and left there for 2 Minutes
