The continent Harvethel is a strange and wonderous place of old magics, new inventions, and powerful talismans. Many nations call Harvethel home; the spry Hethians of the windy northern Wryn coast, the gruff Nundians and Mytrigarders, the industrial Thelians, the innovative Rinthars, the nomadic Nazini, the simple Leathyn - one would be remiss by not mentioning the Kothasi, Harvethel's raiding neighbors to the northwest, but you could not quite lump them in with the rest either.   Harvethel and Kotha are largely populated by simple folk in a time of ingenious inventions, powerful groups, and fantastic phenomena. Magic, so complex as it is, is predominantly not understood by the common person, past the most basic, and there is much to fear for them, with such an awe-inspiring, and unpredictable force, which necessitates such organizations as the Order of the Arken Stone, and the ever cryptic Couriers. Together, or collectively at least, the Dragoons and Stewards of the Arken Stone Order, and the agents of the Couriers, establish order in a world of chaos.   With Witches, Warlocks, Spirits, Ancient Secrets, and the like occupying this world, adventure abounds for those that seek it, and often those that do not. Whether you wish to traverse the harsh, frigid mountains of Telach, navigate the wetlands of Mytrigard or Elaspira, or wander the cities of East and West Coreatha, curious happenings will surely follow. You may even find the most curious to dwell within your own self, such as the Connates, individuals blessed, or cursed depending on your view, with incredible, and typically uncontrolled, innate power.
