Brunivard

Brunivard is the second planet from Dagstjarna. It is closely associated with Meginstjarna, the Goddess of War. It is the largest terrestrial planet in the system, and the home of the giant races of Hvatvetna, whom Meginstjarna favors for their strength.
As a planet, Brunivard is big and hot. The landforms are strongly vertical, with deep oceans and high mesas. Separating the two are bands of dense jungles thick with life - giant ferns, primordial beasts, and bizarre insects in perilous balance. Rising high above the jungles, broad mesas provide widely separated homes for tribes of giants. The giants will hunt in the jungles and sail the ocean in massive galleys for food and to prove their strength. Aside from these expeditions, few leave the mesas without good reason.
There are humanoid tribes on Brunivard, both on the surface and in the underdark, but the tribes are small and scattered.
