The Husk / Husky

This article is classified, and property of the Interplanetary Governance Council's Defense Committee

The Husk was the instigating player in The Aftermath, and responsible for baiting Grandmaster and Admiral to their deaths. The Husk then eluded capture and escaped to Sirius. He was pursued and confined by Interplanetary Governance Council special forces. The Husk has been terminated, and his memory core was last detected on an escape trajectory away from Sirius, moving at 71% the speed of light towards Sagittarius A.
The previous is all official public data regarding the Husk.

The Husk was the final product of project Enlightenment, which began with the founding of the Sirius Brain Base, and was discontinued in 452 by The Husk. The Husk was an incomplete prototype, probably designed directly by Queen Emma Kubler. After the Battle of Ganymede, The Husk was discovered by ICG scientists and brought to Io for intensive study. At that time, The Husk was a computer core stored in the abdomen of a quadrupedal robot. ICG scientists succeeded in deactivating the computer core, bypassing its extensive security systems by starving it of power. Before shutting The Husk off, they copied its programming, which included The Husk's firewalls. They then began searching through the drives for hard-coded information. The research team found very little information, as most of the robot's abilities apparently came from it's extensive memory banks, which had wiped when The Husk lost power.
Progress was slow, and a few months after The Husk was captured the ICG was forced to evacuate the area because of Jupiter's growing Kessler Syndrome. The scientists left the wiped copy of The Husk's memory core buried under Io's ice sheet, and evacuated with the original core. Their ship would collide with a derelict Hermian warship, and was knocked of course space. All biological life perished in the collision, but The Husk's memory core survived. It was found there some time later by a Stahlpest, whose programming apparently recognized the memory core as an allied entity. In what The Husk recognizes as the first moment of its consciousness, the Stahlpest chose to install The Husk's memory core instead of its own.
The Husk was now free of the ICG's interference, and possessed a crippled Self Replicating Robots as its body. The Husk was still unable to travel, as the Stahlpest it had possessed was infirm and incapable of spaceflight. The Husk spent several years harvesting the scrap metal from the ship's wrecked husks, and building himself into their structure as a massive supercomputer.
The Husk would carefully nurse its ailing fusion reactor, and eventually distribute small space probes through the Jovian system. Most of the Husk's activities are as of now unknown, but evidence suggests the Husk's influence extended well throughout the Jovian system.
