Flash Travel Amulet

The wearer can Flash Travel as though the user “cast” the spell. Bracelets give you a bonus to resist the effects of Flash Travel. The device has Power/Skill 15 for any effects, except where noted.

Lesser (Uncommon) User cannot actually cast the spell, but can put mana into the device (if they have it available or can get someone to fill it) and use the mana in that device to Flash Travel.
+2 to resist Flash Travel affects of this device. No bonus for other Flash Travel Affects.

Standard (Rare) As lesser, except the wearer can cast the spell Flash Travel, as if they know the spell. They can now provide their own mana, rather than just that in the device, which means they can add more to bring more people with them.

+4 to resist Flash Travel effects while using this device, and +2 against other motion related effects.
Greater (Very Rare) As standard, but the caster can Teleport, as well as Flash Travel, as though they know the Teleport spell.
A wearer is immune to the effects of Flash Travel while using this device, and +6 against other motion related effects.
