Nails are the main form of weapons used by the bugs of Cornerstone, hand-crafted by Nailsmiths. From the soldiers of the kingdom to the travelling soul, everyone worth their shell wields one along their sides.

Some individuals known as Nailmasters hone their skills in the bladed weapon, creating new techniques to master the Nail. From master to pupil their arts are carried over, improved upon and mastered to perfection.

Types of Nails

• Simple Nail: A common-used, simplistic nail, wielded by regular bugs.
• Spike: A massive blunt nail, wielded by larger bugs.
• Needle: A lightweight tool for those that to use thread, designed with mobility in mind.
• Pin: A thin nail with a rounded base, moreso meant for piercing rather than slashing foes.

Named Nails

• Stinger: The Nail used by the Traitor.
• The Four Cornerstones: The Nails used by Altamire.
