Jade Greenleaf (a.k.a. Vigilante of Nature)
Jade is a changeling.
Physical Description
Body Features
Though she can shapeshift her body at will, Jade will generally have her hair down to her shoulders at a more natural color. She tends to look more elven or similar to a half-elf. She tries to keep her changeling identity a secret, either to surprise people or to have an advantage on those who know what she looks like.

Jade has some burn marks on certain parts of her body that not many people know about.

She poses as she talks and is very energetic, she likes to imagine herself as a hero as she walks and talks.
Special abilities
Jade is able to shapeshift her form as a changeling. As a druid who follows the plant order, she can also transform into plant monsters. Jade is also capable of communicating with plants and different types of Leshies.
Apparel & Accessories
Jade usually wears plant themed outfits and wears warm clothes for when night comes into the forest. Inside her satchel, she carries many plants, nuts, and books about plants. She also carries Mina in a small bottle she keeps close to her heart after a freak shrinking accident.

Jade usually wears light clothing, neutral colors. On most days she wears light leather armor for protection.

Personal history
As a young girl, Jade was close to her parents, her mother being a changeling and her father a human. However, due to a delinquent with his irresponsible fire magic, Jade lost both of her parents in a massive fire. Being the only survivor of the fire, Jade was then sent to her aunts farm to work, but being home sick and in denial of her parents passing, she ran away and was found by a tribe of Druids. She would repress the memories of her parents as she was raised mostly in the forest by the druids and the leshies around them. She studied and trained under the best in the tribe, using her studies as a coping skill. Her vast knowledge of nature cannot be bested, however, her memory does tend to mislead her as she can often recall the wrong information. She dedicated most of her life trying to save nature and becoming a vigilante of nature, the rest of her time was dedicated to discovering new plant life and cataloging these plants. In the past three years, Jade was able to complete four books on herbology, mostly for herself as she continues her studies on plant life from all over. She would leave the tribe with many others to continue to collection of journals and protecting other wildlife from outside the tribe. She is accompanied by her own Leshy, Vert, who may not be very good in battle, but cheers on Jade in the most dangerous of situations.
Gender Identity
Jade generally identifies as a female or just a vigilante for plant kind. Due to her changeling powers, she can easily change her form to look like any person she has seen before and tries her best to impersonate them.
Sexuality
Still discovering her sexual identity, she does not have sexual desire. Recently she has felt a strong attraction to a close friend and ally, Mina. Could potentially be a budding romance. Appears to be demisexual for the most part.
Education
Jade received all her training from the Leshies as well as the druids who were part of the outpost. She has some basic knowledge of society, but she thinks that it needs to be fixed.
Failures & Embarrassments
The reason she does not drink alcoholic drinks is due to the fact that she can be very violent. The last time she drank was when she got into a fight with a huge half-orc who said plants were "stupid".
Mental Trauma
Although she can use fire spells, Jade has a fear of fire since it can destroy an entire forest. Though she pushed it from her memory, her parents died from a house fire, she was the only survivor.

Jade likes to call herself the "Vigilante of Nature" she fights for nature and demands justice for it just like all other organisms. She works towards the greater good for all organisms, but if it comes down to one choice, she will most likely choose the plants.

Her goal is to help those in need and save all the plants in the world. She wants to be a hero to everyone. She also wants to document every plant in existence, she knows that this goal is near impossible, but she stays hopeful.

Acts way to fast and doesn't always listen to reason. Her heroism is not always appreciated by others. A lot of people assume she's a lot older by the way she looks, the heroism that she acts upon is due to how young she is.

Jade becomes very nervous when around fire, especially large fires that can consume an entire forest. She'll shake and stutter until the fire is put out or she is able to flee as far as possible.

Jade likes to keep her belongings organized and tidy. She likes to be able to find things quickly because her mind changes very often. Hygiene wise, she's very clean and washed every other day. She tends to smell like various herbs.

Contacts & Relations
Jade has a very "special" bond with another young adventurer: Mina. The two traveled together for some time, mapping out an unknown forest with others. When the two were recalled, Jade went to stay with Mina at her dorm room when Mina returned to a school of magic. On many occasions she would shapeshift into Mina's form to go to classes when Mina was unable to, taking notes in her place. During their time there, Mina was testing new varieties of mushrooms, however, one had a shrinking effect, causing Mina to be close to mouse size. Jade now helps Mina by carrying her in a bottle when they travel and making sure she eats and has plenty of water. She guards this bottle with her life.
Family Ties
Jade lost both her parents at a young age in a huge fire that burned down their home as well as other neighboring homes. The fire was not caused by her family, but a delinquent playing with fire magic. She was then sent to her aunts home, but being a foreign place she ran away and was found by a tribe of Leshy Warden Druids who took her in and raised her. She also create Vert, her very own Leshy and the two have been inseparable since.
Religious Views
Jade is not very religious, as a child her parents encouraged her to believe in a god or goddess of sorts, but since their passing, she had pushed all thoughts away assuming there is no creator. The Druids had tried to bring her into the faith as well, but her skepticism had pushed their attempts away.

When Jade is not exclaiming her vigilante justice, she tends to her herbs and notes. Writing down any discovery she makes as well as she practices drawing these plants. She has volumes of her herbalist notes.
