History Of The Stars

This is the long story of the stars and those who discovered, conquered, and fought over them. Their story includes invention, exploration, war, diplomacy, and struggle. Those involved are Individuals, civilizations, empires, federations, factions, separatists, warriors, explorers, doctors, scientist, diplomats, and ordinary people.   The History of the Stars begins in the year 3501 when humanity developed "faster than light" speed capabilities. This catalyzed the First Exploration Venture. Teams of engineers, explorers, and scientists were deposited throughout the known galaxy. many sites within reach were colonized. Upon the year 3869 it became known, through discovery, that other sentient creatures of equal (and greater) intelligence existed. This ushered in the Great Emasculation of Humanity which lasted until approximately 3899.   After the turn of the century humanity launched itself back into the stars again. This time with new knowledge--and wisdom. A great fervor overtook the whole human race to go beyond their ancestor's achievements. With this new found impetus, humanity vowed to conquer the stars!
