Alliance

"The four districts united for the first time and the Alliance was created from their combined power" The Alliance was the way that the district fought against chaos. The Alliance was responsible for the organization and for much of the expansion before the first devastation. Upon creation of the republics, the alliance is rumored to run secret meetings in the shadows, influencing the republics into greatness and destruction. The fifht republic however, has been able to keep it's influence under control.

Structure

The Alliance's legislative and executive power were on the Office of the President. The judiciary power was on the Supreme Court of the Alliance. However, the Districts were semi-autonomous and had their own laws and courts.

History

The Alliance was created because the learders of the Districts saw the urge to organise a chaotic city. It created several projects like the Great Highway or the skyscraper zone. However, it's greatness came in side with it's failures, so after two years, it was disbanded.

Disbandment

"And the same power that created it destroyed the Alliance, the Districts then decided to use those ashes to create the Republic". The Alliance grew corrupted and that was eventually exposed to the Districts but it was when a law that would benefit all the citizens except the president was refused that they, wanting more liberty and a fare government, rebeled against the Alliance. From what was left, The First Republic was created, it, however lived shortly, as the first devastation destroyed the city. After the devastation, the idea of a new Republic was chosen instead of a new Alliance.
Years after its disbandement, the alliance still runs in the shadows, iffuencing the fifht repubic in several aspects.
