With the duality as a strong theme in the setting, I am sure I can take both of these several ways, but I am undecided where. Maybe Tarvan graduation? Maybe Daniya healing process? Maybe the identity of Makarids? Maybe some literal door and space.
31. Afterlife

Moon
Does Hislaryia have natural satellites? What influence do they have on the world and on the culture of people? Maybe it's a big nazil crystal? If that's so do its phases affect how magic works? Does it have an effect on dragons and Makarids?

The Hunt -> how (insertBaddiesname) call their enslavement of the Makarids to work as resonators.

Generic brainstorm
The-Baddies-I-have-to-find-a-name-for: factions of people who believe that 1)Makarids are responsible for the disappearance of dragons and weakening of the magic of Hislariya 2)Makarids are descendants of dragons thus ineherently dangerous for the rest of humanity. In both cases they jusify their enslavement and exploitation.
So Hislariya magic was stronger when Dragons were around. How? Did humans have a fraction of it too? Probably not because they tried to "steal" it. But maybe indirectly took advantage from the magic the dragons poured in the world? Maybe some human communities were under the protection of dragons.
