12/17/19 Hey everyone! I know it's been awhile between updates, but we've been working on this and we have some new things for you! First, we've added places where we update more often, but our Twitter is at the forefront. Follow @heratisrpg on Twitter! And finally, some quick updating on our progress. We've released a plot synopsis of our first protagonists' story!

5/9/19 Hey everyone! Been working continuously on story, making some progress on script. I also drew some creatures, which will be sprited eventually.
4/9/19 Had to scrap the first version of Plagues' script, cuz it wasn't going how I wanted it to go. It was conflicting with a broader piece of the storyline. But I managed to recover and use most of what I had. Only lost three pages, and I got it back on track. Music is being worked on/refined, both for Elara and Asrea. 3/22/19 Been working on story for Plague, Koarhi and Cat, worked on maps and tilesets.
2/2/19 Added some location articles here 2/26/19 Off and on, been working on the script. It's a rough one, but it's getting there. I've been busy with commissions, so I haven't been able to work on this as much. 1/25/19 Started on actually scripting out the story I have so far, got three pages done today. Not much, but it's a start. 1/20/19 Been on and off refining Plagues' story since the New Year. Mostly adjusting situations to be more connected and meaningful. I've also worked on adding texture to a couple of monsters today.
12/26/18 Been working a lot on plot for Plague. I haven't put daily updates on it mostly because I don't want to just put down a sentence saying I'm working on it lol. But I have, almost every day for at least an hour. Done a lot of research, worksheets and I'm putting it into practice. This is probably revision 5 or 6 of his storyline, and it's more or less ready to be fleshed out with some more concerning dialogue and such. It's going to be another big step and will probably take quite some time to get right. The dialogue will have to carry the story in terms of characterization, foreshadowing, etc. Especially since this is an RPG, lol. But the underlying story is solid so far, and it's only getting stronger the more I refine it. This will probably be the last post for 2018! I can't believe the year is already over. Sometimes it doesn't feel like we got a lot done this year, but going back to count the revisions and looking at WAs' documents I have up here...we've done so much. We've come really far! The writing is the hardest part of this whole project. Once it's done, all that's left is a lot of busy work concerning the art, design and programming. Not saying those are easy, but those are things I'm much more comfortable in than writing, personally. Plagues' story is only 1 of 3 stories we're telling through this game, so it's going to be a long and indepth game! But now that we have a formula and example in Plagues' part, the other two stories should go much smoother. Not so many question marks everywhere. Thank you guys for keeping an eye on this project, and I wish you all a happy new year! 11/25/18 Jeez it's been a long time updating here! I had taken a break from WA, simply because it had started eating into productivity, but I think it's time to come back. Over the past few months, I've been adding more maps, revising character busts, creating character busts and most importantly, ironing out the story for Plague.
Plagues story: worked out a more detailed timeline of events- we're between revision 2 and 3 at the moment. Cut some stuff out, added more characterization and conflict. Right now, I'm just trying to make it all make sense and give it more depth. PROJECT DARKFALL is a JRPG-style video game currently in development. Story has been in the making since 2013 and game development began mid 2017. We currently have six on our team, with a few supporters backing us.

What a novel use of the articles for this, it looks fantastic and is a great way to keep people up to date with the project! Have you considered using a Timeline with linked articles for the release notes?
