Usilia

The land of elves and honour. Usilia is a land where duels are fought over anything, from a woman's love to a political dispute.
The Dominant Race in this land are the Elves, who are led by the immortal Shogun. Their grace and patience have allowed them to perfect their style of swordsmanship and archery over their many years of practice. The Elves are a proud race that holds honour above all else, even family ties. The epitome of those that follow this way of life are the famed warriors called Samurai. They are deeply respected by the Usilian people and hold their code and vows to such an extreme that they are expected to take their own life should they ever fail their duties, so as to preserve their honour. The same self-punishment is expected of those who hold positions of power.
Closely allied with the Elves are the Halflings of Usilia. Talented businessmen and women. They are talented in both mercantile and in farming and manage the Quick River Export Company which ships Usilian wood and furniture across many parts of Ardatia. These Halflings also boast some of the best spearmen in all of Usilia. There are two large halfling clans in Usilia, the Stout and the Lightfoot, whose ancestors inhabited the land before even the Shogun arrived.
In nomadic tribes traveling in the northern mountains are the Orc tribes. These orcs hate Elves with a greater ferocity than any other Orcs found anywhere in the known world. It was the Elves that drove them out of this land, and still to this day hunt the Orcs for sport.

Geography

Usilia is filled with vast green fields, flowing rivers and a beautiful Elfwood forest set to the backdrop of the northern Hvittopp Mountains.
