The Lost Helstavites

As Helstav is surrounded by the Skybreakers, and there's only so much space within the city walls, there are communities outside of Helstav. They have been created hundreds of years ago when some people got tired of living in the large city and wanted to have peace and quiet. Over the years, they've become known as the Lost Helstavites, and the communities have become an isolated and self-sufficient network of villages in the mountains. These villages are of Indian influence.

Structure

Each village is led by a single Elder, who then creates their own council to help them lead the village.
