Svet Rangers
A group of highly organised Duergar's that traverse the caverns below Metrus on a daily basis. Ferrying passengers and cargo through the endless mineshafts. Due to their knowledge of the caverns and the training that this group goes through to become what they are today. They charge a premium for their service, however many more wealthy Metrusians often choose to pay this price for safe travel, even if the next Svet Ranger will not be present within the settlement for a week, some may choose to wait this time. The minecarts that run inside The Great Way are often under attack by the various dark creatures and monsters that inhabit the tunnels outside of the Exclusion Zones.
The Svet Rangers have developed a particular set of skills that allow them to use spells and potions to protect whatever/whoever they are travelling with, even being some of the few people that can travel The Great Way alone. They keep their secrets close to their own order, not willing to share their methods and technique. Their group is small, having only some 100 members, however they spend their lives on the carts and visit most cities and towns in the underground fairly often.
