Rungnirs Jarldom

Rungnir, the Old Wolf, raised from nothing to be first Thane, and now Jarl. Rungnir has been around for many years and still does not look as though he has aged. His region is stable and well defended. His strong alliance with Jarl Erica is what keeps the Eastern defences strong. His Jarldom is mostly within Skjoldvegg but he also owns many rich farmlands that used to be part of the Kings Lands, granted to him when he took the Jarldom.
