Lux

The Lux Imperadom, also known as The Shining Coast is dedicated to the titan Hyperion. It is known for it's shining yellow-gold marble that to the unaccustomed eye, emits sun light itself. The shining coast is a land that suffered least from the ash falls, with the northern winds and the almost unnatural heat that emanates off the marble beating the ashfalls away. The city of Filence is a rich port wherein lives the High Imperators Mage School, a ruthless school that looks to breed only the strongest.
The Lux family were put in place by the Tempus family, they were vassals to the original rulers of the land but chose to kill them and manoeuvre themselves into the seat of power within Filence. They are led by Julius Tertius Lux, who took over after both his older brothers appeared to die in quick succession.

Fauna & Flora

The Lux Imperadom is known for its shining yellow-gold marble, that looks as if it emits sunlight itself. This shining coast is a land that suffered least from the ash falls, but was impacted by many creatures seeking refuge from the surrounding lands. Due to the intense glow of the marble in Lux, the darkness of night is practically non-existent. Local wildlife then had to make a change to survive in the constant light.
From this many predators had a hard time finding food as the cover of nightfall couldn’t hide them. Many creatures seen as prey began to flourish and their populations boomed. It was until the eruption of Mt. Ignaeus when other animals fled to surrounding Impearadoms to escape the ashfalls. In order to survive, the predators of Lux and the surrounding areas began to intermingle, thus creating new species. Through mutation/evolution many of the predators of Lux have gained the ability to camouflage or even go invisible.
It wasn’t long before the rulers of Lux noticed these new creatures, however it wasn’t until Julius Tertius Lux came into power where they began to study them more intensely. As they learned more about these monsters they began to understand their abilities. These new species intrigued Julius so much that he decided to use these monsters for his army. They now train and use these predators to carry out secret assassinations and scouting missions.
