Koris
The Eastern province of Grecia. Home to its largest port city of Kyrea, and second largest trade city Hellamis. During the times of peace, those times that are few and far apart, between the lands of Grecia and Shieldlands. Hellamis once offered a convenient way for traders from both regions to travel a safer route through Skjoldvegg, owing to a fort that Grecian forces built on one of the hilltops and stepping up patrols along the route. But as it stands now, only the traders brave enough dare travel the path between the 2 nations owing to rising tensions between the 2 nations. Kyrea still functions well as a port city, acting as the main income point for travellers and trade goods approaching Grecia from the sea.
Geography
This region holds Lake Styphos a lake wrapped in mystery. Many rumours hold this lake as their central hook. Some believing that a Dragons roost is nearby others claiming that a temple to Poseidon lies at the bottom of it. These stories are told far and wide around the lake, with many eager to share them. It has many rolling plains that stretch far out into the distance, only broken up by the occasional hillside. The coastline on this side of Grecia is mostly made up of steep cliffs, some stretching as high as 25ft tall. The only place to known to be able to land a vessel on this side of Grecia is in the Kyrean port or the land that surrounds it.
Fauna & Flora
This region holds the most common of Grecian flora, the fact that it is dominated mostly by open fields and grassy lands makes this province the perfect location for Iskothia. Large green bushes of Ajeo berries, bright blue in colour, and hugely abundant around the region. This berry is worth coppers when traded between merchants, even some trading in bulk for the same amount. When prepared by chef's and herbalists can produce some of the tastiest beverages and elixirs known in Grecia. It is the main export of most Kyrean dock merchants, and is regularly exported to other regions in Ardatia.
