Kishuyama ( Mountain Riders )

In the northwestern part of Usilia, past the rivers, up the steep inclines, lie some of the deadliest warriors to walk on Usilia. Though the Shogun has repelled them countless times back into the mountains, Kishuyama orcs persist and remain a permanent threat that looms over a significant part of the lands and poses threat to any that step onto the great Usilian planes or to the bordering city of Deep Breath.
Though no Usilian elf has stood on top of the mountains for decades, to the orcs it is home. Amidst the snow, the snowy crags filled with dangerous animals, powerful winds and few resources the orcs train, persist and raid, turning all of the Shogun's attempts of colonizing the great planes into failures, as Lord after Lord is befallen to them. To any Lord or High Lord in Usilia, being offered to take hold of the great planes is a death sentence, something which the Shogun himself utilizes for his own political gain. If nothing more, the Kishuyama are to him an effective way to rid himself of problematic subjects.

Public Agenda

Though the orcs had lived peacefully in the great planes for many years and most Lords, prior to the Shogun, unofficially recognized that land of their own, the Shogun does not condone of any organization that does not serve his interest and has at many points in time attempted to destroy them by sending scouting parties and platoons into the mountains, never to be seen or heard of again.
The Kishuyama have vowed to fight for their ancestral land and consider any and all who would try to settle in their land as someone who must be executed.
