Isakov Grimrock

The leader of an elite fighting force dedicated to keeping the peace within Oylovka and The Ministry, he is mostly found within Gugruvik where he known as "Master of Chains." He is an exceptional fighter and leads a force some 400 strong. In true fashion with his name, Isakov is not one to be around when you want to have a cheerful conversation. His life seems to be full of collapsed mine tunnels: dead ends and useless rubble. His first wife passed in childbirth, his second wife cheated, and he's yet to hold a successful relationship since then, whether romantic or platonic.The only thing that goes well in his career is when he gets to smash someone's brains into a puddle of mush. He's good when it comes to fighting, since that doesn't involve tricky emotions. He's a man of logic, and in this can be brutal and ruthless. Nonetheless, he's highly skilled.
