Daero Elna

The leader of the Avelun Guard, Daero looks after the policing of the Council Gardens, Chambers and Grounds. His guardsmen also patrol the streets of Hellamis in addition to the general city watch, reinforcing the Councils rule that many seek to destabilise at this current time. Although not directly on the council he is extremely loyal, possibly owing to the fact that he is the son of the highest ranking council member, Faelyn Elna.
Him and his personal guard, a small group of 11, are known as Trómos (Terror) to many citizens and people. They represent everything that the population hates with the council. A bunch of powerful, abnoxious elves, acting as though they own the ground they walk on. Even though the Avelun Guards jurisdiction & influence does not extend beyong the city grounds of Hellamis, Trómos can be found reaching far and wide riding on their well kept and elegant Pegasus. Daero, due to his position rides atop a young Androsphinx, whom he calls Ajax.
