Governor Joseph Un (a.k.a. The Governor)
Traitor to the king and to his people, the Governor Joseph is a monster in human skin. During the Hydro Head War, he brew dissention among the citizens of Asylum and convinced them that Crevidae Mar was going to give the city to the Hydro Heads at behest of the monster carried by his wife.
This lead to a successful coup, in which Crevidae and his family were cast into the Barrenlands. Shortly after assuming the throne, he began genetic experimentation using Dark Myth in order to create super soldiers that would destroy the Hydro Heads and aid him in ruling the city. His selected stock were those who stood against his rule and those he thought would not be missed and who he considered a drain on his city.
During the 25th year of the war, a critical error in his experiments killed his super soldiers while Joseph was caught outside the palace by the Hydro Head Leader, Gist. Without his super soldiers as backup, Joseph attempted to flee, but was maimed and captured by Gist. It was at this time that Governor Joseph sold out the city to the Hydro Heads.
Physical Description
Body Features
Governor Joseph is a towering, heavy set man. He does have some muscle, but it is mostly fat. His head is rather small in comparison to his bulk.
Facial Features
His head is mostly shaved, showing the scars from his encounter that did not require the metal reconstruction that the rest of his head required. A thick heavy plate is firmly attached to the back-left side of his skull and both of his ears were reconstructed. He also has a thick metal patch covering his right eye, and a metal brace on the back of his neck.
Lastly, he has grey stubble on his double chin.
Apparel & Accessories
He wears a long red tunic with a silver chest plate, bulky black pants, and red & black striped steel-toed boots with spikes that protrude from the tips like bird talons.

He has a very short temper. One could even say he has an abysmally low threshold before he erupts in a fit of rage. Despite this rage, the man will run away from danger given the chance.
