Hartiera

This world is called, Hartiera (Har-tea-eh-rah). In Hartiera there are only 66 million people and the only known continent is 3,797 square miles. The only continent, called Jaimen (Jaa-ee-men), is surrounded by mountain ranges with an enormous desert valley in the middle. There have never been wars in Hartiera, for the people know not to kill mindlessly. Nobody in Hartiera knows if there are more continents or anything else out past the ocean, for they don’t possess boats. It is where the ocean laps against sandy beaches and sheer cliff edges. Where mountains stand tall against the sky. Where warm breezes whistle lazily past in the dunes of the desert. Where humans and animals live together co-existing and helping each other from time to time. No magic exists in Hartiera.
