The Elemental Revolt Against the Seasons was a pre-historical war between the ruling genies of the elemental planes and the harmonic gods of the seasons. The conflict was initiated by the genies to contest the rights of Sawaarre, Myrmylne, Seren, and Carach to rule the seasons on the prime material plane.
Though the details of the war itself has been lost to time, the results are well known. The conflict ended in an overwhelming victory for the harmonic gods, or more specifically, for Seren, as the other gods never got the chance to participate before Seren had struck down the revolt. The belligerent genies' armies were cursed to inhabit the hellish moons of Ies and Jiana, and their masters were turned into mindless, elemental beasts made to hunt their own kind.
