History
Inside Edrea's culture there is a group of people who takes a lot of pride in their nation's traditions but unlike the Altbo they called themselves Edrea's ambassador of happiness, peace and harmony.
The nation's motto "All beings are one" has, as any other motto, many interpretations. The Smiling Tribe believes e to be one means to be happy, all the time. No matter what. If you want to be part of their group, you must leave all sadness behind. No, you won't get Edrea's citizenship. You'll get something much better: become a master of your emotions, suppression of anguish and a balanced life. All of this for a reasonable monthly subscription, of course.
In a world that was submerged in a war for fifteen years and one of the three most powerful nations was hell-bent in being neutral, it was natural for some of them to become overly invested in their techniques to feel all the emotions and conquer them afterwards. Many of them became gurus of this art and people tired of the news of death and devastating catastrophes started to follow them. The Altbo before them had Batari , the Smiling Tribe have Elwin. This self called master decided to take the best of Edrea's religion and their goddess Motis's teaching to wrap up in a new package better suited for modern times and way of life.
