High Mystic is appointed by the High Sage.
Duties
To cultivate, maintain and insist upon harmonious Noid relationships and interfacing in Hafiz City.
Responsibilities
To help the Master of Law perform his/her duties and uphold his/her responsibilities and to draft laws/decrees in tandem with the High Mystic's debate judgments.
