Haerath

A world defined by it's elemental Sprites and those bonded with them, Haerath is reaching a sort of turning point. Factories are turning out muskets and cannon at a rate never seen before. The techniques of men, women, and their sprites are deployed with ever more effectiveness in both war and at home.   Soldiers and colonists sail across the Angel's Sorrow to claim land and resources for their nations, despite the natives protests and stiff resistance. Negotiations in Ogawa continue as the nation rattles it's saber against any nation they view as getting too close, though all might not be as harmonious as it seems within the imperial senate.   All the while, ancient forces are mobilizing themselves and awakening others.   When legends of old clash with modern steel and shot, who knows what might happen.
