Magic

Magic is hidden (ability). Special  is what magic users are called. Special use their minds to wield the magic. Magic is inherited. All Specials have different abilities and can only know their powers through trial and error. Once learnt, abilities can be taught to others through some Special’s ability to transfer thoughts. Some abilities include talking to animals, mind reading and transfer of thoughts. The Academy is the only educational organisation recognised officially by the Board of Specials. The Academy has a department dedicated to seeking out Specials, which is how they find all their students. The purpose of most Specials is to help Normies. Others prefer to just live simple lives after finishing at The Academy.
