Grael Estus - The World-River

While known to most mortal inhabitants as the Planes, the Grave is actually made up of the bodies of Primordial titans. The bodies of these Titans, fallen in battle or merely slumbering, make up the planes of the Universe.   Now More or less governed by a myriad of Gods and other powerful Beings, the Prime Plane is vast expanse of lands, seas, races and cultures. Technology can range from stone age savagery to magitech miracles and everything in between. Magic and arcane happenings are just as varied with zones of anti-magic bordering violent Wild-magic storms. Civilizations rise and fall, the oldest being thousands of years and the youngest only days, founded by man and monster alike.
