Underdark Elevator

Travel into the underdark is not what it used to be. What was once a thriving adventuring guild has dwindled down to nothing as the city of Windbury focuses more on the skies rather than under the ground. The explorations of the underdark have ceased and only those that draw the short end of the stick are left with guard duty at the gates. The trails lead off to the darkness, but after some miles they just cease to exist. Outside of the lights of Windbury, the underdark is as it always has been. Upon entering the elevator though a permission form must be signed waiving all rights should anything occur and for the price of a silver per person, anyone can venture into the darkness.
