Mayor of Otari
Oseph is a direct descendant of the last Roseguard, Aesephna Menhemes, one of the town of Otari's three founders, however since the construction of the The Giant's Wheel, his family have been the pre-eminent family within the town.
Oseph resides within Menhemes Manor with his wife Enmala, son and heir Cyrill and his four younger children.
Oseph does his best to keep his roles as a businessman and politician separate, devoting the mornings to work as a public figure and the afternoon to managing his company, Otari Lumber. This is his fourth two-year term as Mayor, having defeated Carman Rajani on each occasion. The next election is due on Starday 8th Abadius 4722AR.
PC Interaction
Prior to 15th Sarenith:The members of The Rockfish Club met Oseph for the first time at one of Tamily's update meetings, after their third foray into the tunnels beneath the Otari Fishery. He offered them a job investigating the activities of the Kortos Consortium in and around Otari.
The party declined, instead choosing to investigate Gauntlight Keep on the behest of Wrin Sivinxi.
The party found him a bit pompous and struggled to make a genuine connection with him

General Physical Condition
Oseph looks younger than his 35 years, signs clearly of an affluent lifestyle, though he eats well, with encouragement from wife Enmala and exercises frequently, so despite a slight build is in good shape
Body Features
Slight of build, but deceptively wiry. Oseph understands the logging industry from ground level up, so has frequently worked alongside his employees in their lumberjacking activities, thus maintaining his athletic physique.
Facial Features
Fine boned, with classic features, a straight, pointed nose and soft hazel eyes. His face pinches when deep in thought, but is expressionate and prone to a boyish smile when interacting with others.

Apparel & Accessories
Oseph's monocle is an affectation. He doesn't need it to read, but uses it to give an air of maturity, something he struggles with due to his youthful looks. HIs clothes are immacutate, the height of fashion and quality, though he tends to wear one of three identical suits, a tailed charcoal grey two-piece suit, when performing mayoral duties, though the waistcoat, shirts and accoutrements will differ. He sees this as his 'uniform' not wanting his naturally peacocking nature to be seen as the defining trait of his public office.
