Horn of the Dragons

The Horn is a fable, a metaphor for the creation of the us, the Dragonborn families were the first supporters of the Titans, gifted power directly from the Titans and their Dragon Generals, not created from some cup
— Unknown Dragonborn, in the Time of Rebirth
The Horn of the Dragons is a legendary item, made in the dawn times as a way to imbue mortals that supported the titans with abilities and powers to help against the Divine and their Celestial Champions. These Elemental Champions gain features and abilities of the dragons, and obviously were the original Dragonborn, but possible greater and more powerful than those that exist now. The Horn was lost during the "Restoration" Age and while there are hundreds of stories about it resurfacing over the last couple of thousand years, no story being proven true. There is always a question that the Horn is actually real, and not just a metaphor of how the Titans gave power to mortals that supported them against the thieves that were the divine gods.   We may never know if the Horn is real or just a story, we know the Dragonborn were created but how, no one knows and probably never will, unless an ancient dragon tells us and they haven't in the last four thousand years and are unlikely to change now.

Looks

The horn is ebony, with gold engraved patterns around the lip and horns tip. The Horn is suppose to be that of a dragon, but obviously no one really knows. When people drunk from it it was suppose to have the titan symbol appear glowing on the body of it, to show which elemental you were going to be.

Effects

When you drank water from the horn, you were suppose to change into a dragonborn, a creature of the elements, and a champion. No one sure if there was a ritual or a requirement for the titans to bless such a transformation or not. Once the change happened it was irreversible you became a dragonborn and had no ties to your previous life, you were a Champion of the Elements and a Defender of all.
