Silks, jewels, servants. Top of the social ladder, you are eyed with looks of adoration, envy... and resentment. Not a callous upon your hands. Labor? What's that? You mean what the help does when the great hall gets dusty?.
You know a lot of things. From books. You know of the world, for instance. Far away there are tribes and monsters, magic and wilderness, humble towns and ancient ruins. You have yet to set foot in those places. The home in which you were raised has been your center. Everything you have ever needed has been here, so there has been no need to leave.
By tradition, your noble family enlists you into the Gods' Brigade. Its a ceremonial unit. You don't expect to see combat for this reason. Still, you are thoroughly trained in controlled, comfortable circumstances.
