Gnudanl

Around 1500 years ago the outer planes invaded and the gods were killed. The planet remolded by the variety of the attacks between the super powerful beings. The magics unleashed as the continent's remolded left behind 8 magically infused elements that lie buried beneath the dirt. As the gods died, their energy washed a field of 12 mortals rushing to hold off the attackers, and became the new gods. Now, 12 high temples exist in twelve separate countries spread across Gnudanl. Different races have formed new alliances due to variety of environments that have grown around the temples of power. And powerful alliances form to determine what else the magical war has wrought, and how best to use the magical new elements across the planet.
