The Emperor of Stepmor is a small, sickly man, who somehow keeps control of his country, by working closely with Ronebore, The Burning, the God of Stepmor. No one is quite sure where he, or any Emperor comes from, they seem to just appear out of thin air, so the rumor has circulated that the Emperors are men Ronebore molded from the sorrows of their enemies, which creates their bloodlust.
With pale skin and haunted eyes, the Emperor of Stepmor is not one that people enjoy looking at, though he seems competent.

A sickly elder, with black circles under his eyes, the Emperor of Stepmor probably won't last much longer.

With a skin and bones body, the Emperor, unlike some leaders, never leaves his palace in Muryvein. He has long, boney fingers. And dirty fingernails. With his skin holding tight to his bones.
