A villain for our times! The Pirate King, the king of Zewhal, Cymru, Iepleinia, the Southeastern corner of Hyperborea, and Kalalit as well as portions of Eastern Kipatria (sans Umhlaba, of course).

Personal history

A king with 6 different wives and 9 mistresses, he is determined to maintain control over this empire for as long and as strong an extent as possible. His father before him had 7 wives, mind you. His dealing with the local fairies - by binding them in iron and forcing them to mine for magical elements - made him popular with urban folk but not with anyone who has an ounce of respect for tradition and things beyond human understanding. His actions inspired the dukes of Gutonia to rebel and the kings of Aquitanias to pursue their own supply of magical elements. Orichalcum, tanzenvite, dunginite, gemstones, gold, silver, copper, and more are the targets, and Aneurin fully intends to plunder every land he can get his hands on in order to attain these riches. He also fully intends to only raise up male heirs to power - every wife and mistress of his who has granted him a daughter has been banished, tucked away in some opulent palace on a different continent to live out her days, raising her daughter and banned from remarrying. Ever since the reign of Queen Margaret, ages before him (in the 4100s), there has been a ban on queens to the throne, and he's not about to stop that if he can help it.

His father trained him in the art of war, trade, and learning just enough of the language of the people you are conquering in order to squeeze in and tell them they are required to use the King's Language (Norse Welsh) for all official documents.

he is a king and emperor. If you picture the Ottoman empire crossed with the British empire, you will get a good idea of what that looks like.

Accomplishments & Achievements

He was responsible, if you go far enough back in the 4400s, for creating a colony in Tirjadi's human-dwelling areas for Zewhal. For spice trade purposes.

Morality & Philosophy

This is a man who strongly believes that people who are born were born poor because they did something wrong or their parents did or they very simply are fated to serve the empire in a low capacity. This thought process is based off of philosophies from the 1700s and 1800s about class and human lives. He also believes, though, that there are some tasks so yucky a human should not be forced to undertake them. Thus the enslavement of fairy folk.
