I am running a RPG and need a place to hold all the info about the new world the characters are coming to

It's a tech/magic world with a mad max/Gamma World/Wasteland/Shadowrun feel. The characters are surrounded by high tech but finding ways to charge it is a challenge. Finding new tech could be anything from an advanced toaster that only burns bread to a bomb the size of a pencil. Beware what you find and what you do trying to find what it does!
Drama
Different subraces are waring and have been for many many years. New humans from an age past are found and will make them rethink what they have been doing for so many years.
