Developing out of the tribes that had lived their for time immemorium, Tablets stored in the Imperial Library of Lumora dated to approximately –350 FE mention the Sèl, Thàro, and Ui'ghan people, woodland people living in the dense rainforests beyond the furthest reaches of the "Fèl'öra".

Only 4 of the 16 tablets are completely translated, with 8 more in varying states of translation. There remains 4 undeciphered tablets, one of which is enchanted with a powerful ancient spell known to drive those who attempt translation mad. Written in Yuranan, an ancient predecessor to the Feloran tongue, much of what has been translated has been due to it's similarity to proto and High Feloran writings.   The translated tablets are mostly descriptions of the population and their history. Northerners (Tharo) , or forest people (Formen), are described as "taller on average" than the people of the Palm Rivers, with paler complexions and lighter hair. The 3rd tablet mentions 16 generations of people in one village, however the accuracy is far from confirmed.
