Vergeld, Goddess of Vengeance

The Scales, The Wrathful Widow

Vergeld is the goddess of vengeance, both righteous and malicious. She took her place among the gods after rising to the rank of demigod after killing the muderer of her lover. This murder was commited in the name of Cidaton the god of murder. Upon the death of his servant and Vergeld's raising to the rank of demigod she sought out Cidaton and slew him to take both his power and place. She believes in the philosophy of an eye for an eye and favours those who seek to right the wrongs against them in blood.
