Doctor Frink Edward Stein (a.k.a. The Lich, Doc, Creep)
Doctor Frink Edward Stein is a man of science, but after meeting Hydro Head Leader Harley and realizing his mortality, he expanded his domain to magic. He became a lich and continues to do research to cure the diseases on Genetic as well as the Dark Creator Virus that plagues his obsession.

Apparel & Accessories
He wears a set of black narrow retro vintage metal round eyeglasses.
His normal attire is a dark t-shirt, to hide stains, brown narrow pants, and brown non-slip shoes. Atop this, he wears a standard lab coat with a pocket over the heart and two pockets near his waist.

Frink is only attracted to one person, the Hydro Head Leader, and he will stop at nothing to regain his relationship.
Education
Frink holds a Medical Doctor Degree as well as a masters in Genetic Engineering.
Employment
He currently works as the main doctor for the Hydro Head Leader, and lead researcher for Madame Cream.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Frink was able to bring the Hydro Head species back from extinction through the use of his research and DNA provided by the previous Hydro Head leader.
Later down the line, after the Great Gang Genocide, he became the main doctor to Inheritance's Hydro Head Leader. After realizing his own mortality, he then sought out the necessary rituals to become a lich in order to continue his research.
In the years following his rise to lichdom, he invented a new school of magic known as Technomancy.
Failures & Embarrassments
Despite his research, he has been unable to cure the Dark Creator Virus. To this day, he isn't sure why his treatments have not worked.
