SC2020 – Kligrovar, secretary of the Black Hand / The Spider

Kligrovar has always been an unassuming person. He so easily became a part of the background, that he did not endure any significant bullying whilst growing up despite his small bony stature. Kligrovar dreamed of becoming a politician and changing the world, but he knew that his invisible forgetful nature worked against him, instead he became a secretary to one, and was sent to the City Senate in order to relay messages to and from there. That was when a plan began to emerge, and slowly but surely he maneuvered himself and his allies into key positions. Kligrovar is on the surface just one of the many bureaucrats serving the City Senate. He moved the paperwork from one place to another and ensures that it is all stamped. However, he is also known as The Spider. He has set up an elaborate, yet fairly small network, that ensure that virtually all paperwork that goes to the City Senate gets handled by him or someone from his network. This means that not only does he know everything that goes on in the City Senate, he also has the ability to slow down and even lose certain papers as they make their way to the senate. This in effect makes him the most powerful man of the City Senate. If you ask him or the Black Hand in general, that is if you could make them admit that their organization existed, they will say that they work to strengthen the powers of unity of the Bright Side and work to bind the Great Cities together. That by working together technology would develop faster, everyone’s life would improve and as a united Bright Side the Great Cities would be far more capable of facing any threat that could come their way. This is the reason they work to strengthen the City Senate and increase its powers, their work in the shadow is done to smooth over conflicts and promote working together. However, it is also clear, that if the City Senate becomes more powerful, so does the Black Hand, and so does Kligrovar.
