Home to the Academy and all the known sapient beings, Valessia is the largest region of the known land amongst the Gardens.

Geography

Valessia is lush and green, with bountiful fields and spreading forests. It is a sort of peninsula, surrounded mostly by the seas. North of it is @Great Oghan, to the east the frozen wastes, though they are separated by a mountain range. 
 Besides its lush flora, Valessia is also notable for the various mountain ranges that surround its subregions. Though none are as tall or massive as Great Oghan is, they frame the valleys of Valessia in a rather imposing manner.
