A domesticated race of multi-legged, chitinous creatures native to the Drakari homeworld, now nearly extinct. The common-language name 'Skitter Mule' was coined by a Terran when first encountering one.
Fetro

A small, many-legged creature covered in carapace and fur. The Fetro are native to the Takri region and valued outside the Union for their leather.
Drakari

An alien race that resembles a furred humanoid bipedal lizard. The Drakari people are a recent addition to the Varkesh and are involved in ongoing cultural and religious conflicts amongst themselves.
