Right Arm of God

The right arm of Gon'Sha or more commonly known as the right arm of god is a powerful artifact that was once wielded by the first god Gon'Sha himself and later gifted to Shakum. Its true form is unknown and Shakum himself confirmed in his research that the only one capable of transforming it into its true form is probably Gon'Sha himself. After having been gifted to Shakum it permanently fused with his right arm just as it had been fused with Gon'Shas right arm before and has stayed in this fused form ever since.

In its fused form, it has a dormant and an active state. In its dormant state, it looks like a simple tattoo, a small white band around the upper arm, and cannot be detected in any way. It mimics the users Aura perfectly and only the visible tattoo could give away what it truly is. Upon activation, the tattoo expands, covering the arm with runes that appear nonsensical even to the trained eye all the way down to the wrist and a white circle appears on the palm. The truth behind these runes can only be found with highly sophisticated equipment, revealing that each rune is made up of millions of smaller runes that actually have a purpose but these runes are on an atomic scale and together form what appears to be the larger, visible, nonsensical runes. These runes are also multilayered all the way down to the bone.
In its active state the arm generates incredible amounts of white essence. Similar to Godstones the arm draws its power directly from the universe itself, however at a much greater rate than any Godstone could ever dream of. This allows the user to have raw power far greater than anyone else could hope to ever have.

The two major downsides to this artifact are significant tough. The most obvious drawback is simply obtaining it. After all, it is an actual arm and to be used it has to be transplanted onto its user's body which also means it has to be amputated from whomever currently has it. Stealing someone's arm might not be a problem if it was attached to some low-level criminal, but all of its users so far have been in the upper echelon of gods. Its second wielder Shakum was considered the strongest being in existence for millennia and after his death, it didn't take long for another god to claim it.
Now lets say you manage to steal and successfully transplant the severed arm of an ancient god. You now face another, far greater problem: controlling the arm. While dormant it will simply act as a normal arm that regenerates itself from the small white band tattoo, but once activated the power released is enough to instantly obliterate even the bodies of some gods. Even among the highest ranking gods controlling this immense power can be hard and even those who have a body capable of withstanding the stress face a long term problem. The arm is a being of its own so to speak and reacts hostile towards those not worthy. Now this is not some vaguely defined worthiness but in clearer terms means that the arm only recognizes the body of a son of gon and rejects all other. This rejection takes the form of a "mutation" in the tattoo in its active state. White tendrils will form from the white band and will slowly expand towards the users brain and heart, killing the users instantly when reaching it. The tendrils progress towards killing its "unworthy" user is permanent, meaning that if the arm is activated again the tendrils will be right where they left of the last time the arm was active. The only way to counteract this is by being having the body of a son of gon or by having the left arm of god and using the same effect on that arm to oppose the effect on this arm.
