Bio-Light prototype

Bio-LIght is a very advanced technology that can be used as a tool, and as a weapon. This technology connects to its user on a molecular level, allowing the user to use their intellect to shape its environment with ease. As a tool, whole settlements can be built in just a few months, travel is very rapid world-wide, and the limits for whatever would be endless. While the possibilities for this tool are endless, it means it could also be used as a weapon. The user while able to use this tool to his minds end, may also use it to become a very powerful combatant. They are able to become the physical essence of a superhero with just a spark of their imagination. If need-be, when using this device at full capacity, in theory, the user will have to power to not just revive any form of life in the universe, but can bring who systems back from annihilation, again in theory however, as the device is still a prototype during its time on furopha and hasn't been tested enough to know its full capabilities. While in its short testing period however, it was found that device doesn't work with everyone. The individual that uses this tech must be above a certain IQ, and have an expansive imagination in order to fully use it.

Utility

allows the user to use their imagination to interact with it's environment on a physical plane. Necronis manages to get his hands on one, but unfortunately didn't work with him. It caused an explosion at one of Candrin's factory. What came out was a corrupted version of Bio-Light, but it required living energy instead of imagination
