Skills
You've gotta be skilled to survive!
Description of Skills:
Strength is your general measure of how much you can carry and how effective you are with larger melee weapons. It's always nice to have a strong person, as there are many obstacles which can be made quick work of using just brute strength.
(Each point in Strength gives you a +2 to all Large Weapon damage rolls. If you have maximum points in Strength, gain advantage on all Strength checks.)
Agility is the general measure of how well you can dodge, run, and do anything else athletic. Being able to run real good is a simple yet effective skill in any apocalypse. While depicting a rough generalization of movement speed, agility also increases effectiveness with smaller and more finesse based melee weapons, like daggers and knives.
(Each point in Agility gives you a +2 to all Knife weapon damage rolls. If you have maximum points in Agility, gain +10ft to your movement action.)
Charisma is the general measure of your ability to talk your way out of situations, but do be warned. Some people can't be talked down or swayed in any way. Besides talking people out of fights, you will generally get better prices and favor with people you are trading with, the higher your Charisma is.
(If you have maximum points in Charisma, gain advantage on any Charisma checks.)
Perception is the general measure of accuracy and how good your general eyesight is. More perception makes you better at being able to see and notice slightly off things at a distance, along with boosting your ability to use ranged weapons. More specifically, the accuracy of the ranged weapons.
(If you have maximum points in Perception, gain advantage on Accuracy rolls.)
Fortitude is the general measure of how tough you are. Fortitude improves the effectiveness of armor, gas masks, and being able to stay up for longer time periods without taking the sleep penalty damage.
(Each point of Fortitude increases your added armor HP by +1 (Max of 5HP), Adds 2:00 to Gas Zone Time (Max of 10 minutes), and reduces the minimum sleep requirement by 30 minutes. (Max of 2h 30m for a minimum sleep of 4h 30m.))
